Group sessions

Train with us while taking in the beautiful views of the Surrey Hills!

All of our sessions are 45 minutes long and are open to all fitness levels and abilities. We are here to provide you with coaching tips throughout the session to make sure you get the most out of them.

Our sessions are a combination of strength and conditioning. The strength elements are designed to build strength, power and muscular endurance, where as the conditioning elements focus much more on building cardio vascular fitness by working for different interval lengths on Concept 2 ski and row machines.
