Train with us while taking in the beautiful views of the Surrey Hills!

All of our sessions are either 45 or 60 minutes long and are open to all fitness levels and abilities. We are here to provide you with coaching tips throughout the session to make sure you get the most out of them.

We offer three different types of classes – Strength, Sweat, and a combination class, Strength & Sweat.  

Our Strength classes use dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells, whereas our Sweat classes have more of an emphasis on cardio fitness.  Strength & Sweat classes are a combination of the two.
