Pilates focuses on strengthening the whole body with a significant focus on core strength.

Clients that regularly attend Pilates sessions have found that it is a great way to compliment their other forms of training, such as running, swimming, golf etc…

The Pilates classes at Stable are suitable for all levels but there will be a strong emphasis on dynamic movements to keep you moving throughout the session.
