Strength For Teens

Firstly, and most importantly these sessions are designed to be fun and to keep those attending engaged throughout the 45 minute sessions while learning to lift correctly.

While there will be many physical benefits to these sessions, we also hope that everyone will benefit from mental benefits as well as improve other skills, such as team work and sportsmanship.

If your teenagers play sport, individually or as a team, these sessions are designed to compliment that, as well as teaching them the fundamentals to move well and to motivate them to stay active throughout their lives.

Although the class is for teenagers, if your child is 11-12 and regularly plays sport we would happily have them join the session
