Whether you’re completely new to lifting or you have been cleaning and snatching for a while but want to improve your technique, these small group sessions are designed to help you level up your skills.

Group sessions are 60 minutes long and follow a 6 week plan.

As Olympic lifting is very technical, if you do not have any experience lifting we strongly recommend you purchase a pack of 6 sessions and attend them all.

If you have got experience lifting then feel free to pop in for one off sessions to refine your skills.

These sessions are limited to just 5 people to ensure that you’re getting the most out of each session.
