Bespoke one to one training

Stable offers one to one sessions in our gym. All personal training sessions are bespoke to each client and are created with the end goal in mind, whether that be to get fit, lose weight, train for an event or build strength.

With a variety of clients spanning all ages and fitness levels, from 22-80 years old, we are ready to help you achieve your goals.

Before getting you started we will sit down, have a chat to get to know you and really understand what you want to achieve to ensure we build the best training programme for you.

Want to train with us but can’t make it into our gym, then no problem. We can set you up as an online client and programme your sessions remotely using a PT app called TrueCoach.
